On Friday, October 3, we’ll begin upgrading your account to the new ANB Go Business.
This includes accounts, account balances, account nicknames, two years of transaction history and more. Some data will not migrate, and each instance will require your attention. Please review the action items below. You’ll find a list of important actions to take before and after the upgrade. These steps will prepare your business for day one of your new ANB Go Business experience.

Pre-upgrade action items to be completed by October 3
For all users
Review your security contact information in the current platform.
Ensure your email address and phone number are current. Your email address, text and phone numbers will be used to receive secure access codes for dual authentication.
To verify and update, select the menu in ANB Go Business > select the plus icon (+) next to your name > select Profile Maintenance > make edits under the User Contact and Security Contact tabs > click Save.Delete future-dated transfers or payments dated on or after October 6 (account migration day).
Future-dated transfers or payments will not migrate. You will need to re-establish any future-dated transfers or payments once you have successfully accessed ANB Go Business after October 6.
You can delete future-dated transfers in the Payment Center and futured dated payments in the Loan Center.Save/download a backup of any historical records.
Your history and most settings will be available in the new platform, but it’s a good idea to save copies of any specific items just in case. You will be able to view up to 24 months of posted transaction history.
Payment center and transfer center activity will not migrate.Disable existing alerts.
Turn off existing alerts and alert preferences in the legacy system.
Confirm tech compatibility (network, devices, browsers, etc.).
Review your system setup to ensure compatibility with the new platform.

– Check your security and firewall settings to ensure the new login link is whitelisted for your company: https://secure.american.bank/anbbusiness/uux.aspx#/login
For admins
Review the status of all users on your account by Friday, October 3.
Company administrators are responsible for access and permissions for all other users. The status of each user will determine if their account is included in migration. Use this opportunity to create an up-to-date list of users (delete inactive, approve pending, update permissions, etc.) before the upgrade.
Users in this status WILL be migrated:
– Login Status: Unlocked
– Login Status: Locked due to failed login attempts*
– Approval Status: Approved
– Approval Status: Needs Approval*
– Approval Status: Pending Approval*
*Users will be migrated as disabled and must be unlocked by ANB
Users in this status WILL NOT be migrated:
– Login Status: Locked by an admin or ANB
– Login Status: Locked due to failed one-time passcode attempts
Note: Changes made after 5 p.m. CST on Friday, October 3, will not be transferred to the new ANB Go Business. This includes any changes to user permissions, payees and transfer/ACH/wire templates.Ensure users have logged in.
If a user or an admin has not accessed the system within the last 13 months, that user will not be migrated over.
For ACH, wires, & other advanced treasury services
(Enterprise & Enterprise Plus clients)
Save current ACH and/or wire transfers as templates.
Review and save any payment you wish to reuse as a template by October 3. Templates will be migrated to the new platform.
To save an existing payment as a template, navigate to Payment Center, within the Payments tab, locate the payment, and click the three–dot icon in the Actions column. Select Copy as Template. Make any necessary changes to template then click Save.
First-time login action items (Monday, October 6)
For all users
Use your new Login ID and your last known password to log in.
– The login process has been simplified to combine your Customer ID and User ID.
– We’ll send you your new Login ID on migration day.
– Use your current password to log in. Once you log in, you’ll be prompted to create a new password that meets the requirements.

Select a preferred delivery method to receive your secure access code (email, text or phone call). Enter the secure access code to proceed.
Register your device.
Register your device to save time for future logins. Only register devices that are trusted and secure.
Post-upgrade action items (Monday, October 6 or after)
For all users
Review recurring transfers and transfer templates.
Your recurring transfers will be migrated over in a drafted status and will not process until you reauthorize the transaction. To authorize a transaction, go to Payments & Transfers then Online Transaction Activity. Find the transaction, select the three vertical dots then select Approve.
Note: If a transaction is past the processing date, you will not be able to approve it. However, you can copy the transaction to recreate by going to Payments & Transfers then Online Transaction Activity. Find the transaction, select the three vertical dots then select Copy.
Review your recurring transfers and transfer templates for accuracy. Use your saved templates to reestablish or update.

Your previous alerts and preferences will not be migrated. Some security alerts will be enabled by default and cannot be changed. You can manage alerts by going to Settings then Manage Alerts.

Account nicknames will be migrated over. Please review for accuracy by clicking on the account tile then Details & Settings.
Note: Only admins can control the global nickname; all users can add an account/personal nickname.Review your home page and manage your account groups.
Review and customize your home page view and group accounts for viewing purposes.

After establishing your new ANB Go Business credentials, you will need to log into QuickBooks to relink your ANB account. Follow the same steps for any other third-party integrations as well.
For admins
Review your users’ entitlements and permissions for accuracy.
Your entitlements and permissions will migrate over. Our enhanced ANB Go Business experience now gives you more control and allows your designated administrators to manage users and add new administrators at your convenience. To review and update, select Administration then Manage Users or Administration then Manage Roles.

For ACH, wires, & other advanced treasury services
(Enterprise & Enterprise Plus clients)
Review ACH and wire templates for accuracy.
ACH and wire templates will be migrated over. Please review your templates and payment information, including account number and address, by selecting Payments & Transfers then Payments Hub. Under the Payment Templates section, select the three vertical dots under Actions for the desired template. Select Edit before initiating a payment.
You may need to rename your templates as the field length will reduce to 20 characters.Review ACH and/or wire file maps.
Review ACH and/or wire file maps after migration for accuracy. You can compare each with your downloaded copies or in the legacy platform if needed.
To review your ACH and wire file maps, select Payments & Transfers then Payments Hub then New Payment then select the payment type. Select Upload From File in the top right corner then select Edit.Review migrated ACH and/or wire recipients* (formerly payees) for accuracy.
Recipients will be created for templates that are migrated over along with payees from your payee directory. Learn more about Recipient Management
*If your template contains pre-notes, you will want to select Do not pay OR Do not collect for that recipient.
*A recipient (formerly payee) is an individual or company which may be either debited or credited via ACH or wire.Review Positive Pay file maps and history for accuracy.
All existing maps and history will be migrated over. Exception items will be available for decisioning in the new platform.
