Common questions for Settings
Why can’t I disable security alerts?
Some security alerts arrive in real-time and are enabled by default for every user, such as Login ID and password changes. These alert types cannot be disabled because they’re there to protect your accounts and your business from fraud attempts.
Can I change the schedule or frequency of other alerts?
No. Non-critical alerts are sent on a scheduled summary for your convenience to minimize notification fatigue and keep only the most important alerts more visible.
Where will my alerts be delivered?
Your alerts can be delivered via email, phone call, text message or through in-app notifications. In-app notifications are viewable under the Notifications tab when logged in to ANB Go Business.
