Create an alert

Alerts may be used to notify you about the status of your account, and when transactions occur or to warn you about various types of online events.

  1. To setup a new alert, select the Settings menu, and then select Manage Alerts
  2. Select the +New Alert button and then select desired type of alert from the drop down menu.
Account Alerts
  1. Select the Account, Account balance type, Frequency, amount comparison and dollar amount
  2. Select an Alert Delivery Method. 
  3. Select the Create Alert button when done.

History Alerts
  1. Select the Transaction Type, amount comparison, dollar amount, and Account
  2. Select an Alert Delivery Method. 
  3. Select the Create Alert button when done. 
Online transaction alerts
  1. Select the Transaction, Account and Status.
  2. Select an Alert Delivery Method. 
  3. Select the Create Alert button when done. 
Security alerts
  1. Security Alerts are listed at the bottom of the screen. 
  2. Click the carrot icon to expand the listing of available alerts. 
  3. Some alerts are clickable and may be turned on or off. 
  4. The most critical alerts are mandatory and cannot be turned off. These alerts are grayed out. 
  5. Select Edit Delivery Preferences to modify how and where to receive security alerts.
